From Books to Fabric: How Fabby Fables Was Born

I've been a reader and daydreamer all my life. Stories have always been my companions, escape, and inspiration. When my son was born, I began reading to him before he turned a month old. By the time he was just three and a half, he was reading on his own—a journey that filled my heart with joy and wonder.

Over the years, I've witnessed firsthand the profound difference between screen time and the magic that happens when a child finds joy in non-screen story time. I've watched my son's imagination bloom in ways that digital entertainment simply couldn't nurture. When he discovered comic books, he was so captivated that he spent weeks creating his own—turning inspiration into creation.

This observation sparked something in me: what if stories could leap off the page and become part of a child's everyday experience? What if the clothes they wore could inspire the same imagination and comfort as a beloved bedtime story?

That's how Fabby Fables was born—from a desire to translate the wonder of words on paper into tangible experiences that children can wear, feel, and carry with them throughout their day.
