Exchange Policy
We want to deliver the best experience, always! So we make sure that our products go through rigorous quality checks before they are packed and dispatched.
We understand that despite our best efforts, sometimes things could go wrong once in a while.
At the moment, we only offer exchanges for online purchases. Please raise a request to exchange your online purchase if:
- A wrong order is delivered
- The size does not match the original order
- You would prefer a different size
- There is a defect or issue with the product
- The product was purchased at full price

When can I raise a request for exchange?
Within 10 days from the day of order received for online purchases.
What considerations should I keep in mind?
Please ensure that the product you wish to exchange is in original condition, unworn and unwashed with all product tags, labels and freebies in its original packaging.
We also request that the shipping (delivery) address and the pick up address for the products are the same.
If these conditions are not met, we will, unfortunately, have to decline the request.

What to expect once I’ve initiated a request to exchange a product?
Once you’ve raised a request, we will contact you via email to organize the return and exchange. Please note that you’ll need to bear the costs for arranging the exchange with the logistics company.
If you wish to use your own courier service, please ensure that you use a trustworthy partner and a trackable service.
We will not be responsible for items lost or damaged in the return transit if you choose to use your own courier partner.
Once we receive the product, we will check it to ensure that all conditions for exchange are met. We will update you of a decision within 2-3 business days of receiving the product.
Once accepted, we will arrange to send the exchanged product.
